It has been decided that ``Arte'' (by Kei Okubo), which is currently being serialized in ``Monthly Comic Zenon'', will be made into a TV anime. The broadcast time will be announced in a follow-up report at a later date.

"Arte" is a story set in Florence in the 16th century, where Arte, a young lady from a noble family, becomes an apprentice at a workshop and aims to become a female painter.

The cumulative circulation has exceeded 750,000 copies, and the latest 11th volume of the original comic is scheduled to be released on July 20th.

To commemorate the TV anime adaptation, we have released an anime teaser visual depicting the main character Arte and the cityscape of Florence, the setting of the story!

We will also release the official TV anime website, official Twitter, and official Instagram.

 

As the main cast, Mikako Komatsu will play the main character Arte, and Katsuyuki Konishi will play Leo, the master of the workshop where Arte becomes an apprentice.
