From April 20th, we are distributing it for free at Cafe Zenon & Zenon Sakaba.
Pomodoro means tomato in Italian.
It is said that ``Italian blood is made of tomatoes.''
It is an essential ingredient in Italian food culture.
Maybe the blood of Higo people is the same!?
This is because Kumamoto Prefecture has the highest tomato harvest in Japan!
A variety of tomatoes are harvested throughout the year, taking advantage of the terrain's varying elevations.
Kumamoto is rich in tomatoes and other ingredients used in Italian cuisine.
Focusing on this, we named it "pomodoro" with the hope of creating and introducing Italian cuisine like no other.
