A monthly youth manga magazine launched in 2010.Monthly Comic Zenon”, as well as the web manga magazine “Comic ZenyonOn October 31, 2018, Coamix Co., Ltd., which operates ``Comic Tatan'' and the manga app ``Manga Hot'', opened Comic Zenon's mobile editorial department ``Comix Manga Lab'' in Kumamoto.
Therefore, "Coamix Manga Lab" will be holding a "Kyushu area limited" Manga Award in order to gather talent from a wide range of Kyushu residents!!

◆ Silent section
・No lines! No story! Please express just one emotion using only your directing ability.
Choose an emotion to express from the following themes and create a work without using dialogue.
・The number of pages is 5 to 17 pages. Draw the emotions of the characters without mentioning the story or setting.
First assignment theme:
・ The moment my smile fell
For example...the moment when you see a child working hard, or the moment when the meal you eat on an empty stomach tastes so good.
・The moment when tears overflowed
For example...the moment you are dumped by your lover in the rain, or the moment you find out that a family member you thought was dead was alive.
・The moment when anger reaches its peak
For example...the moment you find out that the girl you like has started dating someone you don't like.
・ A thrilling moment
For example...the moment when someone shows their weak voice only in front of you, or the moment when you hug me when you feel lonely.
◆ Story section
・Any genre! If the work has not yet been published in a commercial magazine, you can also apply for work that has a history of submission or publication!
・Story manga must be 39 pages or less. There are more than 10 4-panel comics.
◆ Name section
・You can apply with a name (storyboard) instead of a completed manuscript!
・The theme of the first session is “Battle”! ! !

Application conditions - Applicants must reside in the Kyushu region (including Okinawa, Fukuoka, Oita, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Miyazaki, and Kagoshima). ・The work must not have been published in a commercial magazine.
Application format ・Draw on B4 size manuscript paper using a basic frame of 270 mm vertically and 180 mm horizontally, leaving a margin of at least 20 mm around the edges. Draw using black ink or India ink. Write the lines inside the balloon with a pencil. If you want to write on a picture, cover the picture with tracing paper and write on it with a pencil. - If it is a data manuscript, please be sure to include a printout. Data should be in PSD or TIFF format with integrated layers, and a monochrome binary resolution of 600 dpi or higher is recommended. - Be sure to number each page. - On the back of the last page of the manuscript, please clearly state your address, name, pen name (if you have one), age, occupation, telephone number, biography, and publication history of your work.
