The Kumamoto International Manga CAMP is a manga lecture for a master class of top prize winners of the Silent Manga Audition, a manga award sponsored by Coremix. This year, the third time the event has been held, it was held in an online live format (with some offline sessions) to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Taking advantage of the unique features of YouTube distribution, questions from viewers were answered live. In addition to teaching how to draw Japanese manga through online lectures, the latest trends of Coremix, an artist training organization (construction of an artist village, founding of an opera company, etc.) were introduced to participants from all over the world who are aspiring to become manga artists.
