A free paper that conveys the “deliciousness” of Kumamoto.tomato' Issue 4 (36 pages in total) was published today, July 25th. Starting today, it will be distributed free of charge at Cafe Zenon & Zenon Sakaba, Ginza Kumamoto Building, and other locations.
This issue is a special issue on sweets. We are introducing 7 items, including a unique cake made from edible roses grown in Kumamoto and Aso, Monaca ice cream, a Shine Muscat tart, and an egg tart made from Amakusa Daio.
In addition, starting with this issue, we have started a new series introducing the works and personalities of artists who create tableware and other items that brighten up our lives. The first one is metalworker Naho Kamata.
