On Friday, July 14th, the results of the 7th World Silent Manga Audition, an international manga award run by Coremix, were announced.
The World Silent Manga Audition is the world's largest international manga award, held with the aim of discovering and supporting new manga artists from all over the world. Manga artists Tetsuo Hara, Tsukasa Hojo, and Ryuji Tsujihara were invited as judges, and the audition has been held twice a year since 2012.
The theme of the 7th audition was "Unforgettable Taste." Of 608 applications from 64 countries around the world, the following two people won the top prize.

A total of 41 other winners came from around the world, including Italy, Indonesia, Spain, Russia, Malaysia, Hungary (first time winner), Libya (first time winner), and Turkey (first time winner).
The top winners will be invited to Coremix's unique international manga artist training program, "SMA MASTER CLASS," where they will work with Japanese manga editors to create manga, just like young Japanese manga artists.
